MSTAS Server Environment & Infrastructure
Our master servers (or master station) are housed in a tier 4 data center which offers the highest level of reliability with fully redundant systems, fault-tolerant infrastructure along with our own DIA circuit. MSTAS operates continuously while controlling and synchronizing telecommunication and network traffic. Backup servers are housed in a second-tier 2 data center with a second, backup DIA circuit, smart switch and full balance SD-WAN redundancies. A third data center is deployable to handle added telecom and network traffic, bottlenecking, and increased support for our client base.
Client data is encrypted and stored for approximately 3 years, along with maintaining security and privacy on our networks and data storage solutions. We consistently monitor interoperability and quality of service to ensure telecommunication systems are working together seamlessly which include call quality, network uptime and customer service.
