Digital/Smart Switch MSTAS DSS
Built-in ASTERISK-BASED. The MSTAS switch can also operate as a stand-alone for any specific applications or to integrate into other equipment to provide front-end interface to a telephone network. The MSTAS processes SIP Trunking, T1 w/PRI and CAS Signaling. The MSTAS switch is an automatic call distributor.
Data/Storage MSTAS DSL
Built with multiple levels of redundancies. The MSTAS DSL is a multi-station, multi-task and multi-function capable software platform (built on Linux OS). The MSTAS DSL has a built in “voice logger” and “call monitoring” feature/capabilities. The call script is specifically written for the MSTAS DSS and is second to none in the space of telecommunications.
PBX Phone Systems (On-Premises, Cloud, Hybrid)
Unified communications distributing incoming calls across a set of extensions (groups) based on unique programming. PBX utilizes SIP trunking (replacing traditional PSTN lines) via internet-based channels. Can integrate with most MSTAS managed services including IVR and full auto-attendant services. PBX uses TLS/SRTP encryption and enforces authentication against toll fraud. The system adopts VoIP-native features and the cloud to scale as business needs evolve. Physical phones utilize PoE (power over Ethernet). Firewall and network security included (secure audio).
